• Register only one Account per person. Multiple Accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Not use a VPN, proxy, or any other means to disguise your actual location or circumvent geographical restrictions.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our regulatory compliance and commitment to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling, dwg188 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. You agree to provide the following upon request:

• A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or passport.
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last three months.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., bank statement showing your name and account number).
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document for facial verification purposes.
• Any other documents we reasonably request to verify your identity, age, or payment methods.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and inability to withdraw funds until verification is completed. All verification documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

dwg188 accepts deposits through various payment methods including Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and others) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay). The following terms apply to deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Standard bank transfers require a minimum of Rp 50,000; e-wallets require a minimum of Rp 25,000.
• Maximum deposit limits may apply based on payment method and your Account status. VIP members may have higher limits.
• Deposits are typically processed instantly. If a deposit is not credited within one hour, contact customer support immediately.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in Account closure.
• dwg188 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may charge transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
• All deposits are made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
• You may only withdraw to a bank account or payment method in your own name that has been verified by dwg188.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 1 hour during business hours (09:00 - 21:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday). Processing times may be longer outside business hours or for first-time withdrawals requiring additional verification.
• Before processing a withdrawal, you must have wagered your total deposit amount at least once. This anti-money laundering requirement ensures the Platform is not used solely for fund transfers.
• If you have an active Bonus, additional wagering requirements may apply before you can withdraw. See Section 4 for Bonus terms.
• dwg188 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• dwg188 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing. Expedited withdrawals for VIP members are processed with priority at no additional cost.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

dwg188 offers various Bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience. All Bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonuses are granted at dwg188's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice.
• Each Bonus has specific terms and conditions including eligibility requirements, wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. You must read and understand these terms before claiming any Bonus.
• Unless stated otherwise, you may only hold one active Bonus at a time. Claiming a new Bonus before completing wagering requirements on an existing Bonus will forfeit the first Bonus.
• Bonuses are for recreational use only. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts, coordinated betting, or using strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, is strictly prohibited and will result in Bonus forfeiture and Account closure.
• dwg188 reserves the right to void Bonuses and associated winnings if we detect any fraudulent or abusive behavior.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Most Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as turnover requirements or rollover requirements), which specify how many times you must wager the Bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example:

• A Bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling 30 times the Bonus amount. If you receive a Rp 500,000 Bonus, you must wager Rp 15,000,000 (500,000 × 30) before you can withdraw.
• Different games may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute 10-20%. Check specific Bonus terms for contribution rates.
• Maximum bet limits apply while wagering Bonuses, typically Rp 25,000 per bet. Exceeding maximum bet limits may void the Bonus and associated winnings.
• Wagering requirements must usually be completed within a specified time period (e.g., 30 days from Bonus issuance). Failure to complete wagering within the time limit will result in Bonus forfeiture.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct
